Payment

All payments are collected at the time of your appointment.

Patients with balances must pay their balance prior to seeing the physician.

Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. While we try to make sure your testing and procedures are covered, this is not always possible. You are responsible for your insurance coverage.
