Catherine Taylor Little, MD

I feel incredibly fortunate to care for women through so many of life’s most meaningful moments, from adolescence through pregnancy, menopause, and beyond. Building genuine relationships with my patients is what drew me to this field in the first place. My goal is for every woman I see to feel truly seen, heard, and supported, and to know she has a partner she can trust through every stage of life.

I grew up in Foley with both sides of my family rooted in Baldwin County, so coming home to practice here was an easy decision. My grandfather practiced as a general practitioner in Foley for more than 30 years, and delivering babies was always his favorite part of medicine. I first got to know the doctors and staff at Fairhope OB/GYN while I was still in medical school, and I could tell right away they worked like family. That same warmth and support is what makes this such a special place to practice.

Outside of the office, I keep busy with my husband, Jacob, our two young sons, and our mini Goldendoodle. My specialties include high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive and robotic surgery. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find our family on the water or training for our next fitness goal. My husband and I are currently preparing for our first HYROX competition together.
